You may fly to Fairbanks and  either rent a vehicle ( you won't need 4-wheel drive unless you plan on getting off the main roads) or you may take the Alaska Motor Coaches shuttle down to Delta (about 100 miles).  

The shuttle runs on Mon-Fri and does pick-ups at the airport 1X a day from 1:30 PM on. ($18 from the Fairbanks Airport to Delta - $20 from Delta to Airport). You'll need to call ahead to make the reservation for pickup- 907/895- 4550.

If you'd like to fly in to Anchorage, you may take the drive (about 6 hours) from there to the ranch.
